After interning for the Mallards during the 2012-13 season, Gilles joined the team as an account executive in June of 2013. He was then named the Mallards' director of sales in August of 2016. Gilles is a graduate of St. Ambrose University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in physical education in the spring of 2013.
